127 Kensington High Street was formerly the site of the original, highly regarded Pontings department store. The store was demolished in the 70s and replaced with two separate office blocks. To provide much improved mixed-use space, these structures were part removed leaving 30% remaining, and added to with extended areas and an additional two floors, as well as three levels of outdoor terracing.

To celebrate Coventry’s 2021 UK City of Culture status, a new linear park has been proposed to run from Naul’s Mill Park, along the route of Radford Brook, to connect with Belgrade Plaza in the city’s theatre quarter. The area included a redundant 6.5-acre gas works site and a vast, grey, dark underpass area traversing underneath the ring road. All in all, it was not considered a pleasant route in or out of the city centre.

Green-tech were asked to help with an exciting new project being specified by Martin Woolley Landscape Architects. The project involved creating a sustainable roof top garden for the Chancellor’s Court, part of the University of Leeds. As it was a roof top garden, soil was an issue for the architects. They needed soil that was light in weight but also nutrient-rich to ensure successful growth.

​Pinderfield Hospital in Wakefield West Yorkshire is a brand new, state-of-the-art healthcare facility. The hospital is split over two blocks, five floors on each block covering 88,000m2. The project was completed in April 2010 with the Mona Plant System being some of the last installations on site.
