TreeRaft Soil is a vital component of the Sandwich TreeRaft System which is widely used in urban tree planting applications.
The Sandwich TreeRaft System provides a pressure spreading systems that spreads the load of vehicle movements around the rooting area of the tree and eliminate/reduce soil compaction within the pit. The sandwich construction replaces the foundation layer, creates a thinner base course and increases the available root growth volume. The open structure produces an open air layer beneath the pavement and prevents root damage to the pavement.
The Tree Root Directing Panel are specifically for use with the Tree Parker® Cell System on the construction of urban tree pits. The Tree Root Directing Panels will protect new road ways, pavements and utlities from damage that roots may cause as they grow.
The Tree Parker® Combigrid offers a flat composite geogrid. Incorporated into the geogrid construction is a non woven geotextile component for specific applications where reinforcement of tree pit structural soils is required combined with the additional functions of separation and filtration. This combination provides reinforcement stabilisation, filtration, separation and drainage in a single product.
