CellPave HD is a high-strength, permeable paving solution designed for heavy-duty applications where durability, load capacity, and sustainability are essential. Certified by Lloyd’s British to withstand an individual wheel load of 40 tonnes (equivalent to 800 tonnes/m²), CellPave HD is ideal for HGV and coach parking, emergency access routes, highway verge reinforcement, and large civil engineering compounds.
Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled post-industrial polymers, the system provides a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to concrete and Grasscrete. Its innovative design includes channel cut-outs for improved drainage and nutrient flow, offset interlocked stacking for transport stability, and a high void area that encourages healthy grass growth for a natural aesthetic.
Lightweight and easy to install, CellPave HD requires no specialist tools and can be uplifted and reused, providing long-term, low-maintenance performance. Fully SuDS-compliant when filled with grass or gravel, it supports sustainable drainage while maintaining structural integrity under extreme loads.
