Description
CellPave GT40 is a high-performance interlocking cellular paving grid engineered for demanding ground reinforcement projects where structural strength, permeability, and sustainability are essential. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled, UV-stabilised polypropylene/PE, this 40mm grid delivers exceptional load-bearing performance while maintaining a fully permeable surface compliant with SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) regulations.
Independently tested and Lloyd’s British certified, CellPave GT40 achieves compressive strengths of over 810 tonnes/m² when filled with angular gravel, making it one of the strongest 40mm cellular paving systems available. Even unfilled, the grid provides outstanding structural integrity, ensuring long-term performance under repeated vehicular loading.
The integrated U-groove male/female “walk-in” locking system allows rapid installation — up to 100m² per hour — and once infilled with angular gravel (5–20mm), the grid creates a stable, free-draining surface that prevents rutting, aggregate migration, and surface breakdown. Anti-slip nodules on the cell walls enhance vehicle traction and pedestrian safety, while the anti-migration lattice prevents downward soil movement, even on sloped surfaces or under vibration.
