Description

CellPave EP50 is a lightweight, economy interlocking cellular paving grid system designed for ground reinforcement where natural appearance, permeability, and cost-efficiency are priorities. Manufactured in the UK from 100% recycled, UV-stabilised mixed polypropylene/TPE, EP50 provides a durable, environmentally responsible solution for sustainable surface stabilisation.

With a highly open cell structure, CellPave EP50 allows unrestricted grass root growth and excellent water infiltration, making it suitable for grass parking areas, overflow car parks, access routes, and landscaped surfaces. Correct installation on a suitable porous sub-base ensures a stable, load-spreading surface that protects turf from rutting, compaction, and surface damage under vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

As a SuDS-compliant system, EP50 promotes natural drainage and source control, helping developments meet modern flood and water management requirements. Its interlocking V-Force male/female connection system enables rapid installation, up to 100m² per hour, reducing labour time and improving project efficiency.

Independently compression-tested by Lloyd’s British, EP50 achieves load ratings of up to 400 tonnes/m² when filled with angular gravel, making it suitable for domestic, commercial, and light industrial use. Integrated anti-migration lattice and soil retention ribs prevent downward soil movement and surface deformation, even on sloped or frequently trafficked areas. The result is a natural-looking, low-maintenance, permeable surface that blends seamlessly into rural, estate, and landscaped environments.
